Vonage Travels primarily provides travel booking and travel planning services. These services are generally delivered electronically and do not involve physical goods that can be returned in the conventional retail sense.
Travel tickets and reservations
Flight tickets, hotel reservations, tour confirmations, transfers, visa-support services and travel packages cannot be physically returned after issuance. If you no longer wish to use a booking, it must be handled as a cancellation or amendment in accordance with the rules of the airline, hotel, tour operator or other supplier.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a travel service, contact us as early as possible. Change fees, cancellation penalties, fare differences and other supplier charges may apply. Some bookings may not permit changes or cancellations at all.
Refunds
Where cancellation results in an eligible monetary refund, the request will be handled under our Refund Policy and the applicable supplier conditions.
Incorrect booking information
Travellers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, routes, passenger details and other booking information before confirmation. If an error is identified after issuance, we will assist with available correction options, but supplier fees or ticket reissue charges may apply.
Physical items, if specifically supplied
If Vonage Travels separately agrees to provide a physical item, such as printed travel documentation or another tangible product, any return eligibility and procedure will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unless such terms are expressly provided, the standard travel services offered through this website should be treated as non-returnable services.
